What remains of summer

Every year, when autumn arrives, I find myself asking quietly—was this just another season, or something more final?

And then, as the year unfolds, the question shifts…
Where am I now?

This painting grew from that space in between—between warmth and letting go, between what was and what stays.

Not everything fades. Some colors remain, softer perhaps, but deeper.

What does summer leave behind for you?
